 We are proud to be able
to offer a lifetime warranty on all of the products we offer to not
be defective in any manner. If you go with our Connex™
End-to-End Solution we offer a Lifetime Performance
Warranty which guarantees the product will meet or beat industry
standard performance parameters for the life of the product.

| Limited
Product Warranty |
The
following warranty is exclusive and in lieu of
all other warranties, whether express or
implied, or statutory, including, but not by
way of limitation, any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for any particular
purpose.
USPatchcord.com
warrants that all Products are, at the time of
shipment to the Buyer, free of material and
workmanship defects, provided that no warranty
is made with respect to:
(1)
any Product which has been repaired or
altered, by Buyer, its agents or employees, or
any third party not under control of
USPatchcord.com, in such a way, in
USPatchcord.com's judgment, as to affect the
Product adversely.
(2)
any Product which has, in USPathcord.com's
judgment, been subject to negligence, accident
or improper storage or transport by Buyer, its
agents or employees, or third party not under
control of USPatchcord.com.
(3)
any Product which has not been installed,
operated and maintained in accordance with
normal practice and in conformity with
recommendations and published specifications
of Remee Products Corporation.
WAIVER
OF DEFECTS BY RETENTION. Upon discovery of a
defect, the Buyer shall notify USPatchcord.com
in writing within 30 days following its
discovery of the defect, any claim that Buyer
may have with respect to any Products
delivered hereunder, and failure to give such
notice within the specified time shall
constitute trial and unqualified acceptance
and waiver of all claims and warranties with
respect to the Products.
LIMITATION
OF DAMAGES. Upon receipt of notice from Buyer
of non-conforming Products, USPatchcord.com
may inspect such Products at Buyer's location,
installation or require that they be returned
to Richwood, KY F.O.B. Company's Corporate
Headquarters. At it's option, USPatchcord.com
shall repair, replace or refund the purchase
price of any non-conforming Products for a
period of 12 months from the date of shipment
of the products to Buyer, and such obligations
shall be the full extend of USPatchcord.com's
liability for breach of warranty.
USPatchcord.com's liability with respect to
any material not of USPatchcord.com's
manufacture or supply shall be limited to the
liability assumed by the vendor(s) of such
material. Repairs to, alterations of, or work
done on Products warranted by USPatchcord.com,
but without USPatchcord.com's prior written
authorization shall void USPatchcord.com's
warranty on the Product.
The
Buyer consents that the exclusive venue of any
legal action which in any way concerns the
Products will be the Supreme Court, Covington,
Kentucky. The parties further agree that all
disputes are governed by Kentucky Law, and
must be commenced within 12 months of the date
of shipment of the Products to Buyer.
Moreover, if USPatchcord.com brings a claim or
counterclaim against Buyer, Buyer agrees that
USPatchcord.com may recover from the Buyer all
reasonable cost and attorneys fees.

has developed the CONNEX™
Performance Warranty
Program to insure a quality installation
and maximum performance of your Channels.
With today's changes in technology, your
installed infrastructure is the Life
Blood of your companies future and your
company needs the assurance that you can
rely on your network. The
USPatchcord.com CONNEX™
structured cable system warranty covers
the complete system's channel.
USPatchcord.com has either partnered
with several choice connectivity
manufacturers that have product
validation using ETL Testing
Laboratories as the certifying agency.
This certification covers both Category
5E & Category 6 required
performances. This Lifetimewarranty
covers both cable and connectivity
products which ensures performance of
the Link and Channel in accordance with
ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.

Link/Channel
Definitions
The Basic Link is defined as the
horizontal cabling between the closet
termination and workstation termination.
The termination at the closet and the
workstation are included as part of the
Basic Link. The maximum length that the
horizontal cabling can be as defined in
TIA/EIA is 90 meters (295 ft).
The
Channel is defined as the horizontal
cabling and termination in the closet
and workstation with the addition of
patch cords at each location. The
maximum patch cord length at the closet
is 6 meters (20 ft.), and the maximum
patch cord at the workstations is 3
meters (9.8 ft.). Channel testing must
be done with the patch cords in place,
and the cords cannot be removed after
the testing is complete.
Warranty
Application Requirements
For
a structured cable system to be
covered under the program:

Before
installation of system is
started, a letter of intent to
register the system must be sent
to USPatchcord.com ATTN: CONNEX
System Warranty Administrator.

2.
|
The
system must be installed by an
approved CONNEX installer.
|
|
3.
|
The
registered system must be
constructed with 100% approved
connectivity products.
|
|
4.
|
The
registered system must be
constructed with 100% CONNEX
Products.
|
|
5.
|
Upon
completion of the system, the
CONNEX certified installer must
submit the following documents

Certified
Installer Training
For an installer to be certified: To
ensure the integrity of a system network
installation the installer must hold and
maintain credentials of certification
for the CONNEX System. Upon review and
acceptance of these credentials,
USPatchcord will issue a Letter of
Certification.
Structured
Cabling System Warranty
USPatchcord.com warrants that: the
cabling product included in your
structured cable system (the
"System Network") will be free
from defects in materials and
workmanship; and the system will perform
as contemplated in ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.
As used herein, "USPatchcord.com
products" means such products as
may be covered by the CONNEX Structured
Cable Warranty Program (the "CONNEX
Program") as in effect on the date
the System Network is installed. The
conditions to this warranty are that:
the cable used in your System Network
and all connectivity producs are
provided by USPatchcord.com in effect on
the date the System Network is
installed; the System is installed by an
installer who is a USPatchcord.com
Certified Installer as of the date the
System Network is installed; your
installer installs the System Network in
accordance with the installation and
testing standards set forth in the
Program as in effect on the date the
System Network is installed; and any
changes or modifications to the System
Network are installed and tested in
accordance with the Program as in effect
on the date of such change or
modification. This warranty shall expire
upon any modification or
uninstallation of the certified and
approved Connex Program
Installation. In
case of breach of warranty, your sole
remedy, and USPatchcord.com's sole
obligation, shall be, at the sole
discretion of USPatchcord.com: if there
is any defect in any products provided
by USPatchcord.com included in the
System Network; USPatchcord.com reserves
the right to repair or replace such
product, or to refund to you the amount
of the purchase price for such product.
And in the event the System Network
fails to perform in accordance with the
warranty but there is no defect in any
of the USPatchcord.com provided product
included in the System Network, to
refund to you an amount equal to the
aggregate purchase price for all
USPatchcord.com Products cable included
in the System Network. The repair,
replacement or refund as provided above
shall be your sole remedy with respect
to the System Network and you shall not
make any claim against USPatchcord.com
for any loss or damage relating to or
arising out of the System Network or
your use thereof, whether in contract,
in tort, or under statute, including,
without limitation, any claim for
repairs or defects, any claim for
special, incidental or consequential
damages, any claim for damage or injury
to persons or property and any other
claims based upon defects in the System
Network for the actual or alleged
negligence of USPatchcord.com provided
Products. IN NO CASE SHALL
USPATCHCORD.COM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR
THE SYSTEM NETWORK EXCEED THE AGGREGATE
PURCHASE PRICE FOR ALL USPATCHCORD.COM
SUPPLIED PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE
SYSTEM. THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES
DESCRIBED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH
USPATCHCORD.COM'S EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS.
This
warranty does not cover the cost of any
other products or labor outside the
Link/Channel installed in the system
network as described above. You shall
assume all responsibility and expense
for freight, removal and reinstallation.
This warranty is nontransferable.
Warranty does not include labor, lost
time, profits, revenues, system network
downtime or cost to reinstall
non-compliant devices.
In
no case shall USPatchcord.com be
obligated to make any repair,
replacement or refund, nor shall the
warranty provided herein apply: to
defects caused by normal wear and tear;
integration of connectivity products
other than manufacturers as out lined in
the CONNEX Program into the System
Network; modifications to the System
Network made by anyone not a
USPatchcord.com certified installer;
improper maintenance or repair of the
System Network; or damages resulting
from fire, natural disaster, power
failures or surges.
Claim
Procedure
Before making a claim under this
warranty and for a claim under this
warranty to be valid, you must first
resolve all connectivity related causes.
Warranty claims shall be made to: CONNEX
System Warranty Administrator or
Regional Manager. Cable product
replacement due to failure will be
performed only after USPatchcord.com has
reviewed and verified the system network
prior to the removal, replacement or
repair of the defective products or
system network.
